Delivery schedule:

Monday – Friday

• delivery shifts are approximately 9-12, 11-3, 2-6 or 6-9
• We would love to be able to accommodate any odd requests for deliveries you may have, please contact us to find out.

Saturday & Sunday

No deliveries on stat holidays.  Some exceptions call store for details.

North American orders which are not in our delivery area

• All orders for Canada and U.S.A. are subject to $8.00 wire charge over and above the delivery charge.
• We guaranteed same-day delivery if orders are placed before 2PM in recipient’s time zone (holiday periods excluded). All other orders will be delivered next day. No deliveries on stat holidays.
• Out of town Sunday deliveries are only possible if we find a florist who is open.  If we are unsuccessful we will have it delivered Monday.
• Floral arrangements may differ slightly from illustration due to regional and seasonal availability.
• Weekly flowers prices reflect cost of flowers in Ottawa only (with our large buying volume we are able to give some of the lowest prices in the industry).  However when sending out of town we must follow the prices that our fellow florist have.  From experience we have found that it is probable that the price will be more expensive to fill the arrangement as seen. 
• Prices quoted are in Canadian funds.

Special occasion deliveries

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy occasions, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, and Mother’s Day.  Please keep in mind holiday delivery schedulesmay fluctuate.  Please contact the store for further details.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Boxing Day as well as some other stat holiday, call store for more details.
