Can I choose the style of flowers?
With our prepaid monthly plans, we purchase blooms in bulk to help keep the pricing as affordable as possible, while allowing us to create fuller arrangements with more flowers for the price. These plans are often purchased as thoughtful gifts for a wife, girlfriend, mother, or loved one, so the arrangements are designed around the freshest seasonal flowers we are featuring during that delivery period.
If there is a particular flower you would prefer not to include, we are always happy to make substitutions whenever possible.
With the month-to-month subscription option, we can also follow general style preferences or colour directions while designing each arrangement to value using the freshest flowers available.
How do the delivery dates work?
For the prepaid monthly plan, deliveries are sent on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
With the subscription option, you can choose specific delivery dates, or we can arrange to send the flowers on the same day each month for convenience. This option allows for more flexibility and personalization based on your preferences.
Can I send a different message each month?
You can include your message in the card section when placing your order and add any additional instructions or longer messages in the notes section.
If you prefer, you can also email us separately with more elaborate card messages for future deliveries.
What if I need to skip a delivery or change the date?
A week’s notice is appreciated whenever possible, though up to 48 hours notice is also perfectly fine and we’ll gladly adjust your delivery schedule.
Do you deliver to offices and businesses?
As well as home, we regularly deliver to offices, businesses, restaurants, hotels, medical offices, funeral homes, and corporate spaces throughout Ottawa.
What areas do you deliver to?
We hand-deliver flowers throughout Ottawa, including Orléans, Gloucester, Vanier, Downtown, Nepean, Barrhaven, Manotick, Kanata, Stittsville and surrounding communities.
